Gatefold Card

Yesterday was a super day visiting with my cousins in London who always get together every Canada Day. Nothing better than family sharing stories and memories of our earlier years which of course brought on lots of laughter. The weather turned out better than originally anticipated so all in all the day was great.

This morning decided to do a gate folded card. This is a style I do not do often but was a challenge from the Designing D.I.V.A.S. The card measures 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 which is in navy blue. On the front 2 panels I added a burnt orange and some DP then coloured up a Bella image with my prisma pencils. When assembling I took 2 pieces of ribbon and taped one to the front just under the image and second cut a slit in the fold and taped on the inside which I covered with orange card stock. Very easy card to do so chances are you will be seeing some more.
